In this game you are responsible for implementing you COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS function, a.k.a. OPs, which will provide support toyour company’s compliance program.
The implementation efforts will start with obtaining financial resources (cash), which will be used to build, develop and acquire basic material and intellectual resources, which, in turn, will be used to obtain advanced resources to be used for the final implementation of each supporting component of your program – one per pillar of your company’s compliance program.
You have a human resource (worker) who will walk the corporate paths in order to obtain and transform all the necessary resources.
Beware that all has its cost, and the time of your worker is also a very important one to manage.
