Crises & Reputations - A Crisis Management Game

Do you have what it takes to protect your company´s reputation in face of several crises? A game in which you act as the person in charge of the Crisis Response Team of your company and has to manage controls, public relations and goodwill to come out unscathed on the other side of a crisis.

Compliance Program - The Board Game

A game in which you act as the newly hired Chief Compliance Officer of a troubled company and is tasked with implementing a full compliance program from scratch working with limited resources. During each turn of the game (months of the year) you will be presented with updates from the company, some will be neutral, some positive and some very challenging. Make good decisions as to where you will place your resources and when to act upon problems. Luck won't play any relevant role in this game.

Veritas Vincat - Operation Compliance

An Investigation Board Game that will allow you to feel the challenges of a real investigation. In this game you have to visit all the different departments of the company to interview employees and collect evidences to present to the Compliance Committee. To achieve that you will have to balance your skill set, counter the actions of the investigation subject and try to obtain the collaboration of the interviewees. Experience, patience and some luck will be key to victory.

Codicis Actio - A Code of Conduct game

Build the correct [or most adequate] Code of Conduct for the industry type assigned to you by acquiring the correct components from the table, and battling other players on an auction for discarded components. But beware of your limited resources and make sure you don't acquire a component that does not fit into your industry type.

A Jornada do Denunciante - The Whistleblower Journey 

In this game you will have help a colleague who witnessed a potential fraud or misconduct to navigate the process of deciding whether to report what she witnessed and actually reporting it to the formal channels of the compliance program. Work with the varying quality levels of each component of your reporting channel pillar and use your resources wisely to get that report done.

A Retro Style Computer Compliance Game

In this game you will have to build your compliance program by collecting its seven pillars,  

but in order to do so you will need to remove all obstacles in your path to implementation. Use your tools - a hammer and a book - wisely, for each has its own strengths and shortcomings. Beat your own score or play against your colleagues and try to figure out the hidden message in the game.
